Bylines: why articles currently read “My Coin Partner Staff”

Content on this site is currently published under the organisation byline My Coin Partner Staff rather than under individual names. That is deliberate and we would rather explain it than invent a masthead.

Named bylines carry a promise: that a specific, real person with relevant experience stands behind the claims and can be held to them. We are not willing to manufacture that promise with invented personas, stock photographs or names attached to nobody — a practice common enough in this niche that it is worth naming. Until real, consenting, named writers are in place, the organisation is accountable for every published claim, and the organisation is what the byline says.

We also do not publish under an admin byline or a raw account name. Author archives exist only for real people; there are none yet, so there are none published.

Our use of AI

We use AI tools to assist with drafting and editing. We are telling you this because the alternative — a “100% human” badge that is not literally true — is exactly the kind of claim this site exists to argue against.

The rules that constrain it are the part that matters:

• AI may never originate a source, a quotation, a statistic, a fee, a commission rate or any market figure. Every such value is read from a primary source and dated by a human.
• AI output is not published unreviewed. A human is accountable for every claim on every page.
• AI is not used to fabricate experience — no invented testing, no invented usage, no first-person account of something nobody did.

Sourcing

• Fees, rates, terms and limits come from the operator’s own published documentation, with the date they were read.
• Where a figure cannot be sourced, the page says “Not disclosed”. We do not estimate and we do not carry a competitor’s number across.
• Outbound source links carry rel="noopener noreferrer"; commissioned links carry rel="sponsored".
• We do not republish another publication’s reporting as our own.

What we will not publish

• Presale or ICO promotion as editorial. Not in any framing, not for any fee. This is why there is no “ICO reviews” section on this site.
• Content that helps a reader evade identity, anti-money-laundering or sanctions controls. We will explain how rules work and what the risks of breaking them are; we will not route around them.
• Price predictions and targets, or any claim that an asset will rise or fall.
• Guaranteed-return language, in any form.
• A “best” claim the published rubric does not support.

Before anything publishes

Draft, edit, fact-check every figure against its primary source, disclosure check, then publish. The disclosure check is a distinct step: a page carrying a commercial link does not publish without a completed Partner Declaration naming the relationship, rel="sponsored" on the links, and a visible risk statement.

Corrections and complaints

Errors are corrected on the page, dated, and logged publicly on our Corrections page. If you believe something here is wrong, we would rather hear it than not.
